Doctors recommend RRT in the 3rd trimester because it tones the uterus by causing contractions, to prepare for a less painful delivery. For my first two miscarriages, I started bleeding after a clit orgasm at about week mark of pregnancy implantation , and I miscarried both babies with the start of the clit orgasm bleeding.
